IPA House Tarrifs (Current from 22/01/17)

Low Season is from 1 March to 30 November yearly

IPA Members – $700 per week
(extra nights are $100 per night)
 $1,400 for two weeks
(extra nights are $100 per night)
Non IPA Members – $800 per week
(extra nights are $150 per night)
 $1,600 for two weeks
(extra nights are $150 per night)

Low Season (less than 1 week)

IPA Members – $400 (3 night minimum)
(extra nights are $100 per night)
Non IPA Members – $500 (3 night minimum)
(extra nights are $100 per night)

High Season is from 1 December to 28 February yearly (7 night max limit)

IPA Members – $900 per week
Non IPA Members – $1000 per week

*Bookings of less than 7 nights or in addition to 7 nights may only be made 2 weeks in advance during High Season

*High Season (less than 1 week) – (If available)

IPA Members – $500 (3 night minimum)
(extra nights are $150 per night)
Non IPA Members – $600 (3 night minimum)
(extra nights are $200 per night)

Bookings for during High Season and School holiday may be allocated by a ballot process  in the future.


Payment Guidelines

Deposit

  • To secure your booking, a non refundable deposit of $100 must be paid within 14 days of booking.
  • Non payment of the deposit by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled.
  • Where a booking is made less than 4 weeks in advance, full amount must be paid at time of confirmation of booking.

Balance of funds

  • The balance of funds must be paid at least four weeks prior to occupancy date.
  • Non payment of the balance of funds by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled.

Cancellations

  • The House Manager must be notified of any booking cancellations at least 28 days prior to the check-in date or you may be required to pay the full amount.
  • For bookings cancelled at least 28 days prior to the check-in date, a full refund (less $100 deposit) will be made.

Payment Method

  • The balance must be paid at least four weeks prior to the check-in date.  Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Payment options:

  1. Direct Deposit into the IPA Bank CBA account (BSB No: 064-000, A/C No: 14783707)
  2. PayPal (PayPal email address – copy and paste into browser to go to PayPal account – ipaaushouse@gmail.com)

Account details for payment will be forwarded after booking request is processed.  Please be mindful that the IPA House Manager is a volunteer.  All attempts will be made to process applications in a timely manner.
