Booking Guidelines

POLICY

Eligibility in regards to booking IPA House Gold Coast is as follows:

  1. Financial members of The International Police Association (IPA)
  2. Serving Australian and New Zealand Police Officers, Ambulance Officers and Fire Officers

ELIGIBILITY

Proof of IPA membership or Police Service/Ambulance Service/Fire Service and Service Number is to be provided at time of booking.  Details provided will be verified during booking process.

The maximum period for a booking is

Low Season (1 March – 30 November) – 14 days
High Season (1 December – 28 February) – 7 days

Due to servicing costs, bookings of less than three nights will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.  Partial bookings (less than 7 nights but more than two nights) will be taken under the following circumstances –

Low Season: Partial bookings of 3 to 6 days can only be made where gaps of less than 7 days exist in the booking calendar.

High Season: Partial bookings can only be made less than two weeks in advance or where gaps of less than 7 days exist in the booking calendar.
