Introducing Helmut MOOSBRUGGER in Austria; IPA member AT-800.011;

Helmut writes: Hello, I am a police officer and IPA member from Austria. My big hobby is taking pictures and I am looking for old manual lenses on the new digital SLRs can not be used. My special interest is the ancient and beautiful lenses not to throw away but to use them again to take pictures as it was many years ago. Manually photographing like 40 years ago. It makes me very happy and is a very wonderful hobby. Do you know someone who has the old lenses, which may no longer need it. I would be very grateful if I could get. Specifically I’m looking for:

Introducing Norman ELLIOTT; IPA member 7557 and Senior Constable with the South Australia Police.

Norman is a collector of die cast model police cars; he has been collecting since 1986 and has approximately 150 in his collection.

He is interested in making contact with other collectors who share this interest.

Introducing Valery Levshov from Russia; in the city of Vorkuta, which is located above the Arctic Circle, with the Arctic Ocean only 160 km away.

Valery served more than 20 years in the police and reached the rank of lieutenant colonel.

Valery is now retired from the force, but still works as an expert in the office of social protection in Vorkuta and is also engaged in orphan issues.

In 2002 he founded the Komi regional branch of the Russian section of the IPA and is now the vice-president of the region.

Valery collects police peaked caps and has a collection of caps from more than 70 countries. He has Russian police caps for trade and is glad to communicate with fellow collectors from all over the world.

My name is Mark KIBBLER and I am the Hobbies Bureau Secretary for the Australian Section of the International Police Association. It is my role to assist members, both National and International with their hobbies and areas of interest.
