The following Information, Regulations and Application format are provided to assist members of the International Police Association in applying for an International Grant which will assist towards their travel overseas to undertake police related studies. Any questions should be referred to either the National President or Secretary General.

Ten Arthur Troop Scholarships are awarded annually, one for each continent in which we have member Sections - Africa, America, Australasia, Asia and Europe.

The study Scholarship may be awarded to IPA members in police service, but predominantly targeted at the younger member. The member must submit an application setting out their reasons to support their selection.
Applications must be processed through their National Sections , to the International Secretary General ( IAC ) and must be supported by a written statement from their Section.

We confirm the applicant is an IPA member and has been for at least one year. Our supporting statement is attached.
The completed form must be sent to the Secretary General by the 1st of August for processing and forwarding on to the IAC before 30th September each year.
